Jeano’s Dry Rub Recipe
Everybody needs a dry rub recipe or two (or a dozen!) Sometimes just to spice up your own dry rub recipes or to just try something new. Our good friend Jeano provided us with his dry rub recipe featuring Magma and his blend of spices, sugars and bbq sauce (optional of course). Without further ado, here is his recipe, hopefully you can try it and let us know what you think!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tbsp Chipotle Powder
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Magma Seasoning (Order Here) or Cayenne if you don’t have Magma
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp White Pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Apply to meat liberally
- This rub has a mild heat to it, add more Magma or Cayenne for more heat.
